We offer a free of charge, collection service.

Here at James Long (Masons) Limited, we are proud to say we now offer a no obligation, free of charge, collection service. This allows our customers (with up to 3 friends/family) who may find it difficult to get around to still be able to have the same experience as anyone else.

Although we will strive to make sure you get the most convenient date and time, this service is popular so we will be always subject to availability, but of course we will work with you to ensure you are happy. You can rest assured one of our friendly team will collect you and ensure you travel in comfort to your visit, where upon arrival you will be welcomed with tea or coffee, and then when you are finished, we will return you safely to your home.

This service applies to anyone within a 10 miles radius to our works, if you would like to know more about our collection service, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
